Description: Dear all

Come and learn basic – and maybe also slightly advanced techniques at this practical workshop about making stencils. Maybe you have tried doing stencils before, and you just want to share your own experience, or maybe you have never tried it before, and would like to learn more. You can also just watch the M.O.R.F.A.R. Lydsystem getting stencil-pimped. If you want, you can bring pictures you would like ‘stencilfied’. If the weather is nice, we will sit outside cutting stencils and talk about clever ways to do it, and you can ask questions about whatever. I will bring my computer and show how you can prepare motives. I will also bring materials, tools and paint, but feel free to bring your own materials.

Description: In 2002 Irish filmmakers Kim Bartley and Donnacha O’Briain travelled to Venezuela in order to make a documentary about the controversial president Hugo Chavez. They were present when a failed coup took place by a group of oil-interested parties and private media owners. Taking its title from a poem/song by Gil Scott-Heron, The Revolution Will Not Be Televised is an award-winning international documentary which explores an aspect of the Venezuelan history as well as the role of the media in maintaining the status quo.

Description: Old and new analog photo enthusiasts of the photolab on Topfloor, ragnhildgade are invited to a re:start up meeting!
We will discuss how to organize the workshop, which workshops we want to plan for the winter, figure out a new key system, and talk ideas and demands.
Feel welcome also if you just want to see the space and get a tour from the people involved.
The meeting will be held on the first floor in the common space.

Flere fristeder er ved at opnå en permanens i bybilledet, dette sker dog med udgangspunkt i at de hver især enten forhandler eller køber sig til en sikring som kun er gældende for dem. Hvordan påvirker dette solidariteten på tværs?
Samtidig kan man stille spørgsmålstegn ved, hvorfor bevaring er vigtig. Opstår der ikke en form for sathed og selvtilstrækkelighed når et fristed føler sig på sikker grund?
Hvor går grænsen egentlig mellem den pragmatiske fornuft og den ideologiske mavefornemmelse?

Disse spørgsmål og dilemmaer vil blandt andre blive diskuteret og belyst til en dag med debat, workshops og oplæg i samarbejde med Modkraft, Openhagen, Supertanker og mange flere.

Københavns Cykelfestival kommer for andet år i træk med et ny brag af en cykelfestival. Vi vil atter engang fejre cyklen og vise hvor meget den betyder for os. I år har vi udvidet med 2 dage og forberedt et lækkert program for børn og voksne, unge og gamle.

Vi har flyttet festivalen i år til en ny lokation for at vise og bekræfte at dette er Københavns Cykelfestival! Stedet i år er på ydrenørrebro/Østerbro på rganhildegade 1, hvor festivalen skal løbe af stablen.
Vi har inviteret alle vores venner og de vil komme og vise, hvad de er aller bedst til! Nemlig det at elske cyklen!!

Årets Program: Der kommer tall bike workshop med sykkelmester, Bennys Pizza cykel, Peters Strikkehjul workshop, RAX med Pimp your Bike fabrik, cykelpolo med besøg fra Norge, Sverige og Finland, Sygklister, Karma Kanonen, foredrag med Christina Brits, Stefan Paik og Delle phar, illutron med elektronik, perle pladesyndikatet fra sidste år, julie med madbod, M.O.R.F.A.R. med lydsystemer, DØDSDROME, Viva los Pedalos, Cykelbio og meget mere!
